Our friend Loren Brill surprised us last week with a special delivery of her Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough and her Fudgy Cookie Dough. What makes the dough healthy is that Loren uses only clean, simple ingredients and it’s low in sugar. Because there’s no gluten, dairy or nuts, everyone at the table can enjoy what you bake.
Loren had told us about her special recipe for a Brookie–you’re right, it’s a cookie and brownie combo–and we made it the next day. Yummy, yummy, yummy! We ate it right up. The next night we cut little Brookie wedges and served them with frozen peach yogurt, also delicious. Thanks, Loren. You really are sweet. We love you!
